We offer FREE delivery (single location only) for purchases over HK$500. For orders under HK$500, a delivery charge of HK$80 shall apply.<\/p>

DELIVERY AREA & TIME<\/h3>

Delivery service is limited to Hong Kong, Kowloon and New Territories commercial and residential addresses only. Delivery is not available to outlying islands including Lantau Island and Ma Wan.<\/p>

We do not deliver to address on 4th floor or above that does not have lift service.<\/p>

Delivery time is usually within 3-4 working days after we receive your order.<\/p>

SPECIAL ARRANGEMENT UNDER BAD WEATHER<\/h3>

Delivery service will be suspended when typhoon signal No.8 or above or a black rain warning is hoisted. In this event, the Customers will be contacted to re-schedule delivery time.<\/p>

REMARK<\/h3>

If necessary, HK$0.5 will be charged per plastic shopping bag according to Hong Kong regulation.<\/p>

RETURN AND REPLACEMENT<\/h3>

If you find your product(s) in situations listed below, you can request return or replacement of specific product(s) within 7 days after delivery:<\/p>

(a) Breakage\/ Incomplete product package
(b) Quality issue
(c) Short-shipment or wrong delivery<\/p>

You are required to provide the following proof for any request return or replacement:<\/p>

(a) valid proof of purchase from hagogreen.com; and
(b) send photos of the concerned item(s) to us via email \/ instant messaging software.<\/p>

We will arrange replacement of equivalent product within 7 days upon approval of the requested replacement.
